Free Delivery (UK Mainland)
Our standard delivery method is always free within the main land UK and will use Royal Mail or Hermes logistics to deliver your parcel.
If you place the order before 2.00pm, the parcel will be dispatched in the same day. However the orders which place on Saturday and Sunday, the orders will be dispatched in the following Monday. The delivery window will be approximately 3-5 working days after the dispatch.

It is our objective to achieve on time delivery on all orders. We monitor our delivery partners and our experience is that delivery is successful within the chosen delivery time period in 99% of cases.
We use a number of third party courier service providers and on occasion human error may cause a package to be misdirected. Once despatched, the on time delivery of a package is the responsibility of the relevant courier company and Smyths Toys cannot be held responsible for a package not reaching its destination on time.
In order to avoid disappointment, we suggest that customers place orders well in advance of parties and Christmas to allow for any unforeseen delays.
If you fail to take delivery of the ordered goods and they are returned to us, we will contact you upon their arrival via email. A refund of the cost of goods without shipping will be processed within 7 days unless you have notified us before then to advise that the goods are still required. If the goods are still required, you will be charged an additional shipping fee for a second delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure there is someone at the delivery address at the specified date to sign for the parcel. If no one is present the courier may deliver the goods to a neighbour either side or directly opposite and should leave a card to advise where this parcel has been left. If a parcel has been delivered but you are claiming non receipt of a parcel then please allow 3-5 days from date of notifying us to allow us to investigate with the courier. If a refund is applied and the goods are later located then we reserve the right to place a debit for these goods unless you return them to us.
Amazepicks works closely with its carriers to provide a competitive delivery experience for our customers. Exact delivery charges are determined at the time of checkout based on the number of items, item type, weight and volume of all the items in the basket.
The total delivery cost is calculated by adding the “Per Delivery” cost and the “Per Item” or “Per kg” cost. “Per Item” costs are applied to the number of items and “Per kg” are applied to the actual weight (listed as delivery weight) and dimensional weight (delivery package dimensions – space that the item will take up in a delivery vehicle).
During the checkout process, you’ll be given the option to choose how your items are delivered. The list of delivery options and the estimated delivery date can vary depending on a variety of factors including product weight, product size and delivery address. If you don’t see a particular delivery option, then it’s not available for your order. If you choose the “Group my items into as few deliveries as possible option”, you’ll be charged the amount quoted at checkout for delivery. VAT is charged on delivery rates for goods delivered within the European Union (EU). The delivery rates listed above are inclusive of any applicable VAT.
If your delivery address is outside of the European Union, you may also be subject to customs charges.
